Madison Came Close to Banning the Weinermobile

Yes. Not that all surprising if one keeps a tab on what the Madison City Council actually spends the majority of its time on. My favorite part is when Council members were apprised of the effect of the proposed ordinance, that 7 members still voted in favor of passing the law! My guess: all 7 are vegetarians.
