Earlier this afternoon, Senator Barack Obama (D-Illinois) agreed to co-sponsor the DeMint-McCain earmark moratorium amendment. Shortly thereafter, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-New York) agreed to co-sponsor the DeMint-McCain earmark moratorium amendment.
