UPDATE

Pujols jumps on Weavers ball, mishandles it by trying to bare-hand-it, and now the bases are loaded. With no one out.

McCarver is absolutely correct. Anything left of the pitcher (from the perspective of the batter, left of the path from the mound to home plate) is the pitcher's to field. Pujols jumping on it, and Weaver taking a laissez faire approach to the bunt, resulted in the error.

UPDATE 2:

Weaver gets out of it. That may come back to haunt the Tiggers later in the game.
