The Best "Ride" in the World...

Might be one that doesn't move at all. The above skywalk will be located at the Grand Canyon.

It is scheduled to open January 1, 2006 on the Hualapai Indian Reservation. The skywalk juts out about 70 feet into the canyon, 4000 ft above the Colorado River. Apparently, it will accommodate 120 people comfortably. It will be designed to hold 72 million pounds, withstand an 8.0 magnitude earthquake 50 miles away, and withstand winds in excess of 100 mph. The skywalk will have a glass bottom and sides...four inches thick.

So, would you walk-out on it?
