2008 GOP Presidential Straw Poll

Right-Wing blogger Patrick Ruffini is (has been) conducting a September 2005 straw poll concerning the likely 2008 Republican Party candidates for President. Find it Here!

The poll is two parts.

First is the likely candidates:
Rudolph Giuliani
Senator John McCain (AZ)
Senator William Frist (TN)
Senator George F. Allen (VA)
Governor W. Mitt Romney (MA)
Governor Haley Barbour (MS)
Senator Sam Brownback (KS)
Senator Charles Hagel (NE)
Governor Mike Huckabee (AR)
Governor Tim Pawlenty (MN)
Governor George Pataki (NY)
Representative Thomas Tancredo (CO)

Second is the fantasy candidates:
Secretary Condoleezza Rice (CA)
Governor Jeb Bush (FL)
Vice President Dick Cheney (WY)
Senator Fred Thompson (TN)
Governor Mark Sanford (SC)

Vote in the first poll, and then vote in the second poll to see if your pick from likely candidates will or will not change were one of the fantasy candidates to enter the fray.
