The Schumer List

FOXNews.com has the list of questions that Charles "I am a U.S. Senator" Schumer "demands" be answered by Judge. John G. Roberts, Jr., before he will support forwarding his name from the Senate Judiciary Committee to the full Senate.

I looked over a few of the questions, and find them going against the whole purpose of the Ginsburg Rules (pdf file). Specifically, the last question:

Can you identify three Supreme Court cases that have not been reversed where you are critical of the Court's holding or reasoning and discuss the reasons for your criticism?

I mean, this question is specifically asking him to pre-judge the reversal of an existing Supreme Court decision. Not once, not twice, but thrice!

Well, it doesn't matter whether or not or what Roberts answers to Schumer, because according to him, "we are going to war!'
