Vote for your favorite NBA Finals Moment
Vote here. Personally, Nick Anderson missing all of those FTs was the best moment for me:
Nick Anderson wore the fear of failure like a straitjacket. Orlando had blown a 20-point lead, but it still would have won Game 1 of the 1995 Finals if Anderson had just made his free throws. Anderson missed four straight over the last 10.7 seconds. The Rockets took advantage, tied the game on a Kenny Smith 3-pointer and won in overtime. The Magic never recovered and the Rockets swept the series. Anderson never recovered either. He was a poor free throw shooter the rest of his career.
