Democractic Mayor of Milwaukee Proposes to Expand Milwaukee's Voucher Program

Applaud Mayor Tom Barrett. Hey, although he is couching it in terms of tax relief, expansion is expansion. The more opportunities we give to inner city children to get out of the downward cycle they are currently imprisoned, the better chance they get at receiving an opportunity to better their lives, and the lives of their families.
