Latrell Sprewell’s New York Mansion is Going Up For Auction

First he lost his 70-foot baby, “Milwaukee’s Best,” and now it appears Latrell Sprewell will be losing his 3.3-acre mansion in Purchase, New York after (surprise!) failing to make mortgage payments.

Spree reportedly first began the defiant payment protest in April of last year, and according to Propertyshark.com, the home is due to be auctioned off on Jan. 7 at the Westchester County Courthouse.

The town recently assessed the mansion at $5.4 million and while it must be sad to lose such a luxurious piece of property, Spree will always have the memories. Like the time he allegedly grabbed the mother of his children, Candace Cabbil, and dragged her down a flight of stairs by her feet. Those were the days.
